Sermon Title: The Big Picture

(Jeremiah 23:1-6, Colossians 1:11-20, Luke 23:33-43)

Rev. Erik Kindem, November 20, 2016

Quick Summary:

On the final Sunday of the church year, Reign of Christ Sunday, as we live through post-election realities, St. Paul's Letter to the Colossians provides us with a big picture view of what God is up to in Christ. This balcony view allows us to live in the present with hope, and allows us to see Christ's promise to the thief on the cross not as a pipe dream but as a window into a transformed present and future.
