On this REFORMATION SUNDAY we celebrate the unearned gift of God’s unconditional love and grace, which are ours through the Crucified and Risen One.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>The \u201cfive solas,\u201d three of which are represented in the stained glass art to the left, became watchwords of the Reformation movement, reminders that reconciliation with God and neighbor is not something we achieve by our own power, but rather is a gift made available to us freely through the death and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ.\u00a0 We receive this gift \u201cby grace, through faith.\u201d\u00a0 The five solas are: by\u00a0Grace alone, through Faith alone, in Christ alone, according to Scripture alone, for God\u2019s Glory alone.<\/em><\/p>\n

Adult Ed via ZOOM starts at 8:30am.\u00a0\u00a0Sunday school<\/u>\u00a0classes begin @ 9:15am.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Worship follows at 10:30am.\u00a0 The Peace Ringers and Peace Choir will offer music on this festive Sunday.<\/strong><\/p>\n

J<\/strong>oin us IN PERSON or via this\u00a0YouTube Live Stream Link.<\/a>\u00a0Holy Eucharist will be celebrated.<\/strong><\/p>\n

MASKING for worship and educational activities is now\u00a0optional.\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0Some folks will continue to wear masks, and Pastor Kindem and the assisting ministers will continue to wear masks while distributing Holy Communion.\u00a0 Others will be ready to participate in worship and Sunday School without\u00a0 masks.\u00a0 Together, we continue to exercise care with our own health and to maintain proper distance as a way of caring for others.<\/p>\n
