Sermon Title: Scraps from the Table

(Isaiah 55:6-8, Matthew 15:21-28)

Rev. Erik Kindem, August 17, 2014

Quick Summary:

A woman whom the Kindem family encountered begging on the streets of Venice gives us a contemporary image of the Canaanite woman who begged for help from Jesus.

In both situations the question raised: Is she a distraction from the mission? Or is she the mission?
