Peace Lutheran Has Activities for All Age Groups! Peace offers many fellowship and service opportunities for people of all ages. Among them are:
- Bible Study ~ 4th Wednesdays at 4:00 pm
- Adult Choir ~ Thursdays from 7-8:30 pm under the direction of John Gulhaugen
- Junior and Senior Youth ~ led by Nicole Klinemeier (check out the Youth Page for details)
- Men’s Fellowship ~ 1st Wednesdays at Be’s Restaurant in the West Seattle Junction
- Peace Piecers ~ quilt making group which meets 4th Mondays
- Prayer Ministers ~ ongoing prayer chain ministry that meets once quarterly and is available to make home visits prior to surgery and for other needs
- Senior Activity Group ~ hosting monthly social events for seniors on 2nd Wednesdays at 12:00 noon
- THREADS Handcrafters ~ knitters and crocheters who gather for fellowship and produce prayer shawls, Warm Up America squares, and other projects. 4th Wednesdays at 7:00 pm
- Women of the ELCA ~ 3rd Wednesdays at 1:00 pm
- Social Ministry group ~ supporting outreach to the larger community through various projects both local and international.
- Family Promise ~ a network of congregations that helps newly homeless families by getting them off the streets and into a stable, supportive environment that moves them toward self sufficiency.
